NextGen’s line of Heat-Fit tooling is for demanding balancing applications requiring the utmost in repeatability. The PLC controlled Heat-Fit line of tools is the first ever to use heat for both mounting and dismounting the rotor. Rapid heating and cooling cycles result in minimal heat transfer to the rotor, thereby minimizing thermal effects. In short, our Heat-Fit tools reduce the time for an interference fit mount from hours to minutes with significantly improved repeatability.
